SEO isn't a bag of tricks.
It's a stack, built in order.

Most SEO fails because it was done out of order: content on a broken site, links to pages nobody searches for. The stack below is the order that works, and it is how we quote, work and report.

The SEO stack

Each layer only pays off if the one below it holds. That is why the order is the strategy.

  1. Foundations

A site Google can crawl and people can use: speed, mobile, clean URLs, no technical debt hiding your pages. Boring, checkable, and the layer most "SEO packages" skip because it is work.

  2. Content

Pages that answer what your customers actually search, better than what currently ranks. One genuine answer per page; written for people, structured for machines.

  3. Authority

Links and mentions earned from real places: industry bodies, suppliers, local press. Bought links are a penalty on layaway, and we do not touch them.

  4. Measurement

Enquiries and calls, not vanity rankings. If the phone is not ringing more, the report should say so and the plan should change.

What we will never sell you from any layer: a guaranteed position. Nobody honest can, because Google decides rankings, not agencies.

Sometimes the answer is "fix the site first"

If your website cannot convert the visitors it already gets, ranking higher multiplies a problem. Part of a straight answer is telling you which layer is actually broken, even when it means less work for us this month. That is the trade for being believed next month.
